You can connect to Wifi hot spots and browse the Internet with this device. Talk on Skype or use one of the many instant messenger applications and you are all set.

Probably the best “iPhone Killer” out there, the Blackberry Storm’s “ClickThrough” feature is what sets it apart from the rest.
The Storm’s whole screen clicks down when you hit a button. It gives you more of a confirmation than normal touchscreens, so you will be more likely to hit exactly what you meant to. It does take some getting used to having the whole screen move, especially if already have the hang of touchscreens on your current phone.
